Who we are

This site is run by the team behind Find My School. TODO: add the company name and address.
Questions about your data: write to privacy@example.com. TODO: set the real email.

You can use the schools pages, the match and the games without giving us anything.
When you fill a form, we keep your email. We also keep your first name and your child's age, if you give them.
We keep which form you used: a guide, the school match or a game.
For the school match, we keep your answers and the schools we showed you.
For a game, we keep the level and the score.
We keep the exact words of the boxes you saw, which boxes you ticked, and the time.
We never ask for your child's name, photo or school.
The services that host this site may keep short technical logs, like your IP address, to keep the site safe.
We do not use cookies for adverts or tracking.

To give you what you asked for: a guide, your full match list or a saved game result.
If you ticked "Send me guides and news": to send you guides and news by email.
If you ticked "Share my answers with schools that fit my child": to share your email and answers with schools in your match list. Only those schools.
We never sell your data.

We keep it until you ask us to delete it. TODO: the owner sets a fixed time, for example 2 years.

Both boxes start empty. You do not need to tick them to get a guide.
You can stop all emails and all sharing at any time on the Stop emails page.
You can ask us what we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it or delete it. Write to privacy@example.com (TODO).

We keep your data with cloud providers. Their servers may be outside Singapore. We choose providers that keep data safe.
